Cancellations or Missed Appointments

24 hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment without penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a 'no show'. 

1st no show : Patient will be notified and "no show" recorded in their chart

2nd no show : $40 no show fee will be charged

3rd no show : $65 no show fee will be charged 

4+ no shows : may result in termination of services

How do walk-in appointments work? How long will I have to wait?

Walk-in patients are seen on a first-come-first serve basis and between previously scheduled appointments.  As a result, wait times vary depending on patient volumes and appointment duration. At our discretion, we may provide estimated wait times, but are not guaranteed.  


Are any of your family doctors accepting new patients?

Unfortunately, our doctors are NOT accepting new patients.


Will you accept my insurance?

If you do not have an active MSP coverage, we gladly accept Guard Me and Intrepid 24/7 for direct-billing insurance, with valid forms/identification.  


If you have another province's health insurance (except Quebec), we can direct bill your province with a valid photo ID and the original provincial health care card.


We do not accept any other 3rd party insurance but can give you an invoice to use for reimbursement if applicable.
