Policies - Cancellations or Missed Appointments

Medical clinic reminder to arrive on time.

Arrival & Late Policy

Patients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-show. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the applicable no-show fee may apply.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Missed appointments, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and arrivals more than 5 minutes late are subject to our No-Show Policy:

First no-show: $65 fee
Second no-show: $100 fee
Third no-show: May result in dismissal from the clinic and termination of services
