Please note that we do NOT accept appointment requests, cancellations or changes through email. You must call the clinic.

Cancellations or Missed Appointments
24 hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment without penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a 'no show'.
1st no show : $65 no show fee will be charged
2nd no show : $100 no show fee will be charged
3rd no show : $100 no show fee will be charged
4th no show: Will result in termination of services and patient will be dismissed from our clinic.
